WOW: Wind on Water

WOW: Wind on Water, an exhibition currently on display at the Charlestown Navy Yard has been providing a respite during the COVID-19 pandemic. With many of the activities in Boston on hold or cancelled, Lyman Whitaker’s display has brought a sense of play and fun to the area.

Leopold Gallery has partnered with Lyman Whitaker on a number of botanical displays over the past few years including The Dallas Arboretum, Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Garden, Morris Arboretum, as well as corporate and private collectors worldwide.

The sculpture exhibit gives the city, and the residents a break from the ongoing pandemic, with a mesmerizing display of sculptures that soothe the viewers while outdoors.

The picturesque view of the Charlestown Navy Yard only adds to the display. Leopold and Whitaker worked with the Navy Yard Garden Association to bring this exhibit to fruition. The exhibit will be up until May of 2021.
